San Marcos, TX – Tomika Dorsey and Keenan Benton Lose Lives in Pedestrian Crash on TX-123 near Wonder World Dr

San Marcos, TX (December 30, 2021) – Two people have lost their lives as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the San Marcos area on Sunday morning, December 26. At around 2:45 a.m., authorities were notified that a crash took place on Texas State Highway 123.

Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that 33-year-old Keenan Benton and 37-year-old Tomika Dorsey were standing next to their vehicle on the side of Texas State Highway 123, just south of Wonder World Drive.

As a vehicle approached the 2300 block of the State Highway, it struck both Dorsey and Benton.

The two victims were fatally injured in the accident. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are underway.
