Taylor, TX (June 6, 2022) – A motorcycle accident report and Ann Taylor claimant one man’s life on Thursday evening, June 2. At around 10:40 p.m., the Taylor Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 79.
Reports provided by the police show that a 43-year-old man was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle west in the 12400 block of Highway 79 when he became involved in a collision. As a result of the crash, the man was ejected from his vehicle and landed at the intersection of County Road 101. After landing in the roadway, the man was struck by a 2013 Ford pickup truck.
The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation. No other injuries were reported.
