Valley View, TX – Two Injured in Fatal Crash on I-35 That Took One Woman’s Life

Valley View, TX (May 13, 2022) – One woman has lost her life as a result of a traffic-related incident in the Valley View area. Two others were left injured. Just after 1 a.m., on May 10, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Interstate 35.

Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that a 73-year-old woman was driving an SUV in the area of Interstate 35 and Hockley Creek Road. For unknown reasons, her vehicle became involved in a collision. The SUV became disabled and was struck by a passing car.

The driver of the SUV, the driver of the car, and a 19-year-old passenger in the car were all transported to North Texas Medical Center for the treatment of serious injuries.

Authorities confirmed that the passenger passed away after arriving.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
